My Lifestyle is an application that's main aim is to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. It makes exercising and eating right fun by adding a competitive aspect. My Lifestyle App was developed as part of a of a Final Year Project where the thesis title was Obesity Management Using an iOS Device and will be available for free within the App Store The main push behind fighting obesity is due to the fact that our small island of Malta is currently ranked top in Europe for having obese children. Obesity is a very big problem in developed countries and various entities are doing their best to combat it. By developing this application we hope that we can teach people to eat and live a better, healthier life.
Requires iOS 6.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
